An ideal experience from beginning to end. Hiram is very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure. We got the windows we wanted, at the price he quoted, in the time he said it would take. Installers were clean, courteous, and professional. They took extra care to protect the ivy on our house though I gave them permission not to. They left no mess.
Hiram gave us follow-up calls to ensure we were satisfied and asked if there was any room for improvement. Nice professional touch. He directed me to the power co. rebate program which saved us an additional $1200. I would recommend Alpine exteriors to anyone!
