Why Siding

Siding is your home’s first line of defense against damaging weather and pests. it’s also one of the most visible parts of your house, so when it fails to do its job, it fails to look the part.

Replacing old siding can seem like a big undertaking, but fortunately, many homeowners only have to do it once. That makes it even more important to do it right the first time, and to address the project before it can lead to other expensive repairs .

If it’s time to replace your siding, consider using a material that’s durable and long-lasting. Alpine Exteriors offer a variety of siding options and styles such as hardie® fiber cement, LP smart side, vinyl (recommend insulated top quality), stucco, soffit and fascia, composite cladding, and other specialty siding options. We can help you explore the options to find the best product for your home and budget.

What's included in a whole-house window replacement in South Jordan?

What a full window replacement with Alpine Exteriors includes, from the in-home assessment and measuring to install day and cleanup. South Jordan and nearby.

The short answer

With Alpine Exteriors, a whole-house window replacement covers every step, from the first visit to the last bit of cleanup: an in-home assessment, exact measurements, your choice of windows, ordering, installation and cleanup. Most homes are done in a day or two once the windows arrive. We only replace full sets of windows. We don't fix single panes or broken glass.

What it costs

On average, a window costs around $1,000. The price depends on each window's size, how it opens and the other features you pick. You get your exact price at your free in-home assessment.

What's included, step by step

  1. An in-home assessment. We come to your home and bring product samples. We measure every opening and walk you through pricing options. There's no pushy sales pitch, just honest guidance so you can decide what fits your home and budget.
  2. A clear agreement. If you decide to go ahead, you get a written agreement with the windows, styles and colors you picked.
  3. Ordering. We order the windows made to your measurements and keep you posted on the timeline while they're built.
  4. Install day. Our crew takes out the old windows and sets the new ones. On many homes every window is done in a single day.
  5. Cleanup. We clean up before we leave, so you're not living with a job site.

What you can choose

  • Glass: triple pane, for the price of double pane. Triple pane is our most efficient option for Utah's hot summers and cold winters, and the extra pane cuts outside noise.
  • Styles: casement, awning, double-hung, single-hung, single or double sliding, bay, bow and custom shapes.
  • Frame colors: black, bronze, almond, clay and white.

A real job

On this two-story home we replaced every window, including the arched window up top, so the whole house matches and every room is sealed the same way.
